Intro

--This is Your Western on Drugs--

For anyone who hasn't seen Trigun. I suggest you drop anything and everything your doing, except children and expensive items (don't want a lawsuit on my hands), and run screaming (Yes! SCREAMING!, Cause then people think your crazy and get out of your way, works for me at least) to your nearest anime source to get it. Once you have acquired it, watch it, THEN come back here. Why? Because I say so. C'mon, It's not like have anything better to do, you'll thank me afterwards... Oh well, if you'd really rather not, a here is brief introduction to the series...

(There are no spoilers on this page, so it's safe to scroll down.)  [|:)

"Look up at that moon, like a blood red ball glistening in the sky, staring down at us. And recall that man's name, his legend. The time has come, and the only tale which should be told is that of the footsteps which lead into the future..."

~Vash the Stampede~

and now...

The Story

Vash the Stampede, a.k.a. the Humanoid Typhoon, wanders a desert planet (which I think is called Gunsmoke, but I could just be very stupid, also it's not Earth keep that in mind, but the people are humans) with the price of $$60,000,000,000 (Yes that's double dollars!) on his head!! Vash has no memory of his recent past and has been credited with leveling whole cities "single-handedly" (hence The Humanoid Typhoon nickname). The Bernadelli Insurance agency has sent Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson to investigate if in fact Vash is responsible for the destruction. (Cause if he isn't, then the insurance agency would actually have to pay up, and they don't want to go broke). Although there is one slight  problem, no one knows exactly what Vash the Stampede looks like! And that's where our story begins.....

More of the same below, only it's taken straight from the back of the DVD case, it's kinda has a little spoiler but not really get what i mean... guess not I don't get me either.

A gunslinger so dangerous, a $$60,000,000,000 reward has been placed on his head! Vash, also known as the Humanoid Typhoon, has been credited with the destruction of several towns, but miraculously, there is no record of him ever taking a life. However, only two things ever happen to those who catch up to Vash - they either crawl away wounded (mostly from self-inflicted damage), or they stagger away in disbelief that such a dork could possibly be the man they are looking for!8
